10 Year Recertification - When Can I Start My NRCME Training?
For Example, if your expiration date is November 1, 2025, you must complete your training and register for your NRCME Certification Test after November 1, 2024.
10 Year Recertification - When Can I Take the NRCME Certification Test?
For Example, if your expiration date is November 1, 2025, you cannot register for your NRCME Certification Test until November 1, 2024.
What Happens if I Fail My Recertification Exam?
Therefore, you can fail the recertification exam and continue to perform exams until that date. Furthermore, unlike your initial certification testing where you must wait 30 days to retake the exam, medical examiners who are attempting to recertify no longer must wait the 30 days and can register to take the test again even on the next day!
